【あらすじ】
怪盗13号の手によってシカゴ美術館から盗み出されたお宝「テイラー・バートン」は、おとぎ町３丁目を根城に暗躍するマフィアの地下アジトにあった。情報をききつけたFBIが総力を上げて「テイラー・バートン」の奪回を試みるも、ボスの愛犬・サリーのせいで事態は泥試合へ。マフィアとFBIと超能力者と掃除のオッサンとバカ犬による史上最悪の宝石争奪戦！最後に笑うのは誰だ？
